Dr. Lord saved my life years ago by attending to my medical needs while recognizing I was just a scared patient and needed explanations of what was going on with me and support. I've had Dr. Julie Robinson and Dr. Kiera Conway. Robinson was great and I loved Conway. There was one time there was a doctor that did not go over and beyond like all the other doctors do. He was just adequate while all others were superb. That's the worst thing I can say, which means this place is almost perfect. Staff is always friendly and accommodating when I come in The lines at check in go quick and it seems like it's a great place to work. I like being someplace where the employees are happy. It makes for a great atmosphere. I highly recommend this place. Thank you Medical Park for all you do.

Diana C....My husband and I took a cruise( 8/31/-9/7/2016) for our 50th. I had a mild heart attack and was transported to Providence Alaska med Ctr where I had By-pass surgery. My husband stayed at the Hickel House and I later joined him until such time as I was released to fly home to Southern Calif. The folks at Hickel were very helpful, accommodating and provided the security that my husband needed during this ordeal. They were above board and often did chores for us that were well beyond their job description. It helped my recovery knowing that he was being taken care of by these compassionate strangers.

Jane Sonnenburg is absolutely awful to deal with. She is rude, condescending, and interferes with my regular treatment from my normal provider. She treats me like an addict and refused to prescribe my normal dose of pain medicine, which I've been prescribed to for years, instead offering 1/3 the dose and a bottle of $4,000 (yes, four thousand dollar) compound cream. Stay far away.

For the last 15 years TCC has provided competent, compassionate, and timely care to my three children. I love the fact that TCC has a Triage nurse available to take my calls anytime day or night. This is particularly important considering the fact I have a "special needs" kid so having timely access to a nurse or our doctor helps keep me sane! I also really like the fact that year after year we see the same faces, our nurse in particular has worked there for 23 years. In 15 years we have never had any problems with the billing department. I wish I could see the doctors at The Children's Clinic! If you are looking for a pediatrician, look no further, The Children's Clinic is the best choice in town!!!!

I have been going to this facility for several years because of the location and the walk-in policy. I will not go to this business anymore for a whole lot of reasons. They are not concerned about your health and well-being at all. Their only goal is to take as much or you money as possible. For example, this last visit to the clinic was horrible – as usual. I sat in their waiting room for over an hour, and then waited in their exam room for nearly an hour as I repeated my symptoms to three people trying to get relief. Ultimately, a practitioner diagnosed me with a sinus infection, upper respiratory infection, an ear infection, and a bacterial infection in my throat caused by post-nasal drip. I unfortunately have a life-long history of ear infections, several of which have been diagnosed and treated through this clinic. When I was told what she was prescribing me, I asked her for something stronger because I've learned from numerous previous experiences that it wouldn't be enough. She stated she wanted me to try the "baby antibiotics" and call in if it didn't clear up and she’d call in something stronger... unfortunately something that has happened before. Guess what, I took the antibiotics as prescribed and the infections are back with a vengeance. ***surprise!*** I called the clinic today at 1pm and sat on hold for a half hour before a receptionist finally answered. She stated she would call in the prescription. I went to the pharmacy when I got off work at 3pm and they didn't have record of the script being called in. I called the clinic back and they had no idea what I was talking about. So again, I explained the situation to her and she said she'd call it in. A 6pm that they still hadn't called in the script so I called the clinic back and they finally told me that I had to come in again and spend another $200 just to get a script for an illness I previously paid them $200 for - and of course, pay for another prescription. It's clinics like this that have made health insurance and healthcare so expensive. They're crooks, their inconsiderate, they don't care about you or your time, and they make promises they never intend to keep so long as it keeps you coming back to line their pockets. Go somewhere - anywhere else but here! You will regret it!

I have been a patient with this group for over two years now. I have been very satisfied with all of their services.

I grew up in the clinic and now both of my children see the wonderful doctors in this clinic. We love them! Great staff, Nurses and Doctors.

The doctors and staff here have been nothing but amazing. They are always caring and kind. I feel like they really listen to me and try to help us with anything they can. My son always loves to come to the office! I love how when I leave a message they are always quick to call back and never make me feel rushed on the phone

this place is a complete dump. it has been trashed and not cared for. it is dirty and the staff bordering on rude. If you are paying out of pocket, stay up the road 2 miles at Aspen suites. 5 dollars more a day gets you a beautiful room, clean with kitchenette and modern amenities. no comparison. such a shame, it was probably a decent place a few years ago.
