I was charged a 30% (75 DOLLARS) restocking fee for an item (LG V-20 GLASS SCREEN)that was back ordered, and which they had no idea when (IT WAS TO ARRIVE !!!!!!) I am from out of state and when I told the manager that I had to going back home early, she had the nerve to tell that I could leave my phone here in Alaska and when the work is completed the phone will be shipped back to Ky. Attention all Vets, avoid this place .(MALL LOCATION)!!!!!!!!!! THE ONLY REASON WHY YOU CANT GIVE A NEGATIVE 5 STARS IS BECAUSE THERE IS NO FUNCTION TO DO THAT, BUT WHAT THE HELL, -*****!!!!!! AGAIN VETERANS AVOID THIS PLACE!

I left today very disappointed. After giving them every opportunity to make good on promises/customer service and making a strong attempt to support local business not only could they not fix my phone but then failed to honor a verbal agreement. Several months ago I brought in a Samsung S4 with a non working speaker and a cracked screen. I could live with a cracked screen but for $150 figured go ahead and fix that also. I specified to both adults in the store that the phone was no good without the speaker and to ensure that the speaker worked before putting money into it. When several days later they returned it to me (after returning on the promise date and being told "tomorrow" 2 days in a row, I asked them to please call me if it's not going to be ready when I showed up it still wasn't ready but said 1 more hour). I received the phone looking great with a new screen but not a working speaker. Are you kidding me! I asked him what good was the phone? He argued with me that it was still good for other things such as for video, camera, or music player. He promised that if I did a hard reset and it still didn't work he would buy the phone from me for what I paid for the screen. After wiping my data and doing the reset the phone still does not work. After several attempts to catch him when open I finally caught him today, (He wasn't there so I had to wait about 30 minutes before he returned) He then said the phone was barely worth $25. I reminded him of his promise and he acknowledge our previous conversation but when he started arguing about what he wanted to pay ($25) I said; "Look, I'm not here to haggle with you just tell me straight up if you are going to honor your word" Longer story short, I still have a nice looking but expensive paperweight
