YP - The Real Yellow PagesSM - helps you find the right local businesses to meet your specific needs. Search results are sorted by a combination of factors to give you a set of choices in response to your search criteria. These factors are similar to those you might use to determine which business to select from a local Yellow Pages directory, including proximity to where you are searching, expertise in the specific services or products you need, and comprehensive business information to help evaluate a business's suitability for you. “Preferred” listings, or those with featured website buttons, indicate YP advertisers who directly provide information about their businesses to help consumers make more informed buying decisions. YP advertisers receive higher placement in the default ordering of search results and may appear in sponsored listings on the top, side, or bottom of the search results page.

Patrice is the new owner and she does a great job with our elderly Shih Tzu. He’s not not apprehensive when we arrive and he always looks just great! She always very gentle with him and I never worry that he has been mistreated. Such a change from the original owners!
My dog went into this grooming facility/ no medical issues.Came out traumatized and her ears were hurting - they caused an ear infection and she went to the vet.Found out they plucked her ear hair !Causing issues.I called asking for a refund to help cover vet visit - the owner was rude and non apologetic!DO NOT TAKE YOUR DOG HERE!
Made an appointment and forgot what time it was at, I called in to refresh my memory and I'm assuming the owner... was dropping her kids off at school and sounded too busy to speak to me, I asked if she could give me a call when she gets back to her work and she sounded if that was too much of a hassle itself and told me that "my appointment is probably at 9:00am".I do not appreciate the complete lack of customer service nor do I appreciate the slight attitude when I asked to be called back, that is not a way to run a business. I am extremely disappointed.
I have never got such bad service in my life. I just walked in there to use a coupon for a free nail and instantly the groomer wasn't happy I was there. I then asked her how much it would be to clean his ears she told me about $5 or $10 and I asked if she could do that too... She ROLLED HER EYES at me at and told me "yea I guess...most people do it at home but whatever I guess I can"I just walked out before I said something I would regret. Will never go back and will tell people not to come here
I read the reviews and was excited to take my dog to be groomed. I was leery about the building because of the outside appearance but decieded try it anyway. I was greeted by pleasent staff with a smile and was hoping that this place would live up to the raves. Unfortunately I was greatly disappointed! My dog was clean but the hair cute was Absolutely horrible! There were multiple areas all over my dog that were uneven and looked as if it wasn't cut at all. After I brought my dog home and did a closer examination, it was even worse than I saw at the groomers. Obviously I wouldn't recommend this groomer to anyone and I Wont Ever take my dog back again.
I love Jerry. I have been bringing my dogs to him since 1996. He is absolutely AMAZING!!!! His prices are fair and he does everything for the animals. I recommend him to anyone and everyone. I will not bring my animals to anyone else. Jerry is awesome with the dogs...patient, kind and loving. My dogs love him. They get rally excited as we are driving down the street to his house. They know where we are going and look forward to it. He does such a fantastic dog with my dogs. Once you go to Jerry, i can guarantee that you won't take your pets anywhere else.
I will rate this place with a zero on being professional, I didn't even get a chance to take my dog there for grooming. The owner or whom ever answers the phone OMG is all I have to say, just rude for no reason. How do you call a customer back from your cell with an attitude.
I really like this establishment. The prices are competitive, and the groomer/owner (?) is fair and honest. I brought my miniature schnauzer in for his first grooming, and every time since he gets very excited when he sees we are going there. The grooming is always great, and I can tell my puppy has been cared for and feels safe there. She has taken my puppy before the normal drop off time to accommodate my schedule, and is always prompt with letting me know when he is ready to be picked up. I usually tip her $20, and hope that anyone who sees her will think of tipping her as much also. Even with her tip I spend less here than I would spend for a lesser job somewhere else. I stand by this establishment, and will continue to take my puppy there.
Woohoo....always a great job on my Bichon, and recently adopted a toy poodle, which we took yesterday for the first time. EXCELLENT, but I'm not surprised. Great service, great prices...its a win win
It's pretty cool actually -- they come to your house and in 45 minutes or so, you've got a freshly groomed pup!The part that really sold me was how open and candid she was about things, and how she seemed to genuinely enjoy working with animals. We have a little shih-tzu who's quite skittish about new people. In shopping for groomers around Anchorage, I've found him cowering and crying when going back to the big-box stores which makes me a bit concerned for his well being and him being left in a cage all day when there. This 100% eliminated that possibility, and he (oddly enough) was excited and all happy after his trim. That sold me for life.Pricing seems to be comparable to the big box stores "out the door" price (not the one they quote you on the phone, as I've always had hidden costs / fees). For what I had done, it was $85.00, which is $10.00 more than most groomers - but you get what you pay for. There was no hassle on my part, no gas to drive him or pickup. The only con I have is the difficulty to contact her, but if I had to guess - I'd attribute that to her work schedule. (I'd imagine it's pretty difficult to answer every phone call when you're trying to detail a dog's fur from a mobile shop by yourself). She returned my first call the following evening to set up an appointment, and is now on a set schedule every 6 weeks for a trim. Highly recommend!!
