My 15 yr old son goes everyday to play basketball and loves it. He is a shy young man and without this he would have never met the new friends he has that are very sweet children
My son who is kinder got injured at this school in gym class broke his elbow and currently on a cast because of negligence of they're Gym instructor. My son's got discriminated on this school so many times. Couples weeks before the incident my son got dropped off to a different place from their new trained bis driver. Will never recommend this school to anyone. Principal demand my son's primary teacher not to speak to me regarding my son's situation. This is totally not safe school at all. I'm talking based on my 6yr old son real experience at this school.
So my son attends Whaley Elementary School currently and there always seem to be a problem when he is at school! He has been suspended for BS three times now and given four assault charges and neither one of these times has he put his hand on anyone! I have even gone so far as to take days off from work and sit in his classes to find out what behavior they are talking about, however I have noticed that when I do so all the staff say absolutely nothing to my child not even a good morning or afternoon. This leads me to believe that the staff are full of BS. I have even talked to them about the fact that they do give homework and the fact that I have noticed that they don't teach! What is this school open for business for? My son has been complaining that they are not teaching since he has been going to this school, now I have found out that he has been telling the truth! Someone else had mentioned on this yelp page that the staff let her child walk off of the campus! This is very true, because they aloud my son to do the same and called me more than fifteen minutes later, stating that my son was walking down Nichols Street with no shoes or sock because they had taken them from him! I am sick of this school and something need to be done. From this point on I will be at the school with my son until they let him leave and go to his local school!
