The worst banking experience possible. I basically feel like I was robbed of my time in money. I would not wish the stress of dealing with them on anyone. If you have an account with them already, close it immediately and open an account with Alaska USA. Sincerely, a former customer who was taken advantage of.
This is by far the best bank I have ever dealt with they do not profile you as a customer walking into the bank or looking at your personal information they listen to your needs assess how they can help you and are diligent trying to help you from the beginning to the end of the sale Jasmine in the loan department is absolutely phenomenal she's very quick efficient smart extremely customer service oriented and she is empowered to make it happen once you give her the information she needs she was off running to get it done due to our deadline she helped us get an RV, a dream of a lifetime for us she was there for when we experience problems driving our 4300 miles back to Alaska now this was a total peace of mind for us I cannot express the thanks and appreciation that I feel for Jasmine!!! Credit Union 1 has the best employee I have ever seen or dealt with in my home life and work experience thank you Jasmine we have enjoyed our summer thus far because of you!! Thank you Jasmine!!
I wish I had never gone to cu1 for anything. poor customer service, long lines, no help over the phone or online, customer service tells you one thing then the other tells you another thing, repeated mistakes. I will never recommend them to anyone.
This bank has the slowest lines! Customer service is poor, and they don't have a branch in the valley. My biggest complaint is the slow service though. Just making a simple deposit takes an hour. Been banking here for over 20 years, and it's time to make a change. Currently I am in the drive through, I'm 4 cars back and haven't even moved in 20 minutes! Inside isn't any better either. Terrible bank, look elsewhere unless you like waiting in lines.
If I could give then a zero I would. Dishonest and arrogant. They're nothing like what the website states. Customers are not people to them.
Very poor decision making. Does not look out for the clients best interest. And very poor communication with this company. Not sure how they stay a float
I had to give it a star so the system would accept this review, but in reality, I can't even give them one star. I would tell everyone to steer clear. No one should be lied to by a lendor.
I have lived in Anchorage for a lil bit over 4 years & this is the only bank i have ever felt comfortable to walk in. The staff is on the ball & very customer friendly!!!!!
