the anchorage office/1800 number that you are reffered to call by your local agent.. has THE worst customer service. If your going to fly with Raven, make sure you only have to deal with local agents.
They lost 28 cases of our soda, don't want to replace it and keep saying they will. Then saying they don't k ow how it "mysteriously disappeared" it's been a month and they keep saying they'll get back with us.
Josh is the best pilot of all i ever know. He took use last from Anchorage to New Stuyahok. The view was awesome!
