Associates ignore everyone they are just talking to eachother cashiers need to get laid always on a bad mood and the manager is worst than the employees, she ignores everyone.... Bad service, bad product worst place in Anaheim doesn't even deserve a star
I bought a 47" LG tv at this Walmart a little after 11pm the staff that helped me purchase the TV was great but I should have known something was up when the packaging was worn. I went home eager to set up my new TV I spent a couple hours rearranging furniture. When the big moment came to unpack my new TV...I was horrified to discover an enormous crack in the screen :( I immediately called this 24 Walmart...no answer..called again no answer... After 3 failed, prolonged ringed attempts to make contact through this wonderful modern invention called the telephone Me and my petite Wife packed up this huge TV and loaded it into our 4runner. We get to Walmart with the TV we had just bought a couple hours earlier and they tell Us We have to come back in the morning if I want to exchange it or get a refund(Walmart is chaos during the day which is why I shop at night)! I wouldn't have been so frustrated if they would have just answered the phone and told me that before I hauled this huge tv all the way back Arrghhh! The worst part is I spoke with the night manager and she was just short with me and seemed annoyed, I'm a polite person so I don't make a scene I just ask is there any thing you can do and try to tell her the situation but I'm just shut down with "it's policy" before I even get a chance to tell my epic story of hardship, excitement and disappointment and failure haha. A little empathy go's a long way, customer service 101.I understand the manager can't change store policy but If I had just been treated with some respect and not made to feel like a nuisance by the night manager (who was obviously not super busy) I would not be leaving this poor review. Finally I decided screw it I'm 99% set up for my new TV so I'm going to just buy another TV and return the cracked one in the morning. Unfortunately all the 47" LG boxes looked like the shipping service was drunk and careless with the delivery, So Instead of enjoying a new TV I'm ranting on yelp. I had assumed when I purchased my mega crack defecto TV that the box had just been opened and that's why the packaging was torn but judging by the size of the crack on my TV, it was probably used for football practice. So Walmart it's not just my experience that earns you the 1 star it's the fact that you have merchandise sitting out for sell that has obviously been through the ringer. I'm actually glad I got the cracked TV, it would have been worse if everything had looked fine on the outside. Some poor fool is going to buy a TV that has been jostled about by you or your affiliates this TV will break prematurely because it wasn't handled correctly and the victim of super retail will be none the wiser hopefully the tv will still be under warranty when it goes out.

if your reading this review its probably because this place never asnweretheir phone nor will they return your call...bad news if like me you want a refundand talk with a manager to find out what chicken shet operation they are running!!
Service is not helpful after you pay and leave the store, if you don't buy their extended service plan. All they say is "We can't help you. You should've PAID for the extends service plan"
I just wanted to comment on the great service I received. I needed another phone ASAP (mine had gone on the blink and I was already running late for work). Not only did I save ALOT of money, I received great service from 2 of the employees working in the electronics dept (Sean and Ana). They were so patient and walked me through each step. Sean even took the time to run me through a quick overview of how to work my new phone. Ana went the extra mile to assure that my both phones on my account were working properly. (there was a big mix up on which line was receiving the new phone). Regardless, I want to thank Walmart for hiring employees with such zeal in making sure the customer’s needs are met. They are a great reflection of what customer service is about and are a great asset to their company!
