My daughter took me here for lunch, that was a year ago, if I can remember service was ok the food was very good, I'll be returning very soon, about a 50 mile ride, I'll see if it's the same or better.

Customer Service NightmareA large group of Customer Service Managers and Directors visited this restaurant and the service was far less than exemplary. I found it quite unacceptable for such an establishment that called themselves a fine dining establishment to have service as poor as this. The server that we had never came back to the table once the food was delivered. Had she done so she would have been aware that several people had food delivered to them that was sub par by any standard. Glasses were not refilled and credit cards were run incorrectly and delivered to the incorrect person. Although this restaurant is in a tourist area and will probably get continuous traffic, they should truly focus on the quality of the service and not be so focused on getting the money. However, people that just want to eat, will eat anywhere and those people are not the people that will make recommendations or rate a restaurant, but people that are concerned with quality and are willing to pay for it will rate establishments and make recommendations. I would never recommend this establishment to anyone based solely on the service.
