Ford's Asphalt Corp

They did the worst asphalt job I have ever seen. And instead of fixing it, they initiated a Mechanics Lien against all our townhomes and are fighting us. In case you don't know this means we can't re-fi or sell our homes until this is settled. STAY AWAY

ford's asphalt was a godsend. They came on time and had the project done on schedule and under budget. I am inclined to agree with the business response about these 2 reviews. The reviewer has 1 review each time. Any way my experience with them has been fantastic.

The bad review from 2 years ago is still accurate. They're brokers. No equipment, no crews, no nada. Bad work. Yeah they have workers comp - for the office. All those gypsy subs they use are uninsured. Google their "equpment yard and office" in Anaheim. It's a little office in a commercial bulidng. Try and get them to come back and fix something. Good luck.

I hope you don't have to ever deal with these people. They sub their work out, hire illegals, do subpar work and demand top dollar. Stay away from the collection lady in the office if you are one minute over the billing period. She is wacko. They had not fixed the problem, but she still demanded the money.
