        If I could give a zero star I would. It hurts me to give this stupid agent a 1 star Frexiny is a lying fake person, stay away from her and all her crew they will not back you up or stand up for you when you need them she screwed up my policy over her not getting commission, now were stuck with no insurance coverage after an accident and since when is their pay customers business. She isn't honest and will take your money and forget that you are a customer, you are just money to her check.
        I will never consider her or farmers
        STAY AWAY FROM FREXINY LAZO IN ORANGE AND ANAHEIM LOCATION.
