I'm very surprised to read a couple of reviews already posted about Caliber having a less than optimal service department. I've had many years of nothing but excellent service with Caliber Motors. I'm on my 4th Mercedes and besides the quality, safety, and well built car, I return as a customer because I know I can depend on honesty, reliability, and excellent car service and customer service. My current adviser, Mike Stowell is a great asset to Mercedes. Recently I called Mike later in the day to get my car serviced. A few hours later, I was able to pick up my car as promised. It was in mint condition. Mike takes the time to explain what is needed. For years, my husband and I have really enjoyed Caliber as our choice Mercedes Dealership. We won't shop any place else or service at another dealer. Why would I when I already have the best!

John Gray and Brian Fitzpatrick are fantastic! I am a pretty demanding car shopper and it takes a lot to make me feel comfortable. John and Brian made this a relaxing experience. They found me exactly what I wanted in color and options, and they made the transaction quick and painless. Call or email these guys to see for yourself. When I'm ready for my next Mercedes I know who I am calling.

I had a previous lease with caliber and they have always treated me well. Sunil called me up and asked if I would like to exchange for a newer vehicle with no money involved.
I said what the heck and went to the dealership. Less than 2 hours later I was driving off the lot with my new vehicle and telling myself ""Wow that was easy""!
Everyone was attentive and took care of everything with no fuss....great experience!

My wife and I just came from the other Benz dealership in Newport Beach. We walked into Caliber Motors in Anaheim and met salesman Brian Fitzpatrick. Brian was professional and attentive. Bottom line, Brian gave us such a great deal on my wife's ML350, we returned just two years later and I got my 2010 E 350 from Brian.
If you are serious about owning a Benz, then I implore you to visit Brian first. Otherwise, if you don't, you spent way too much money on your Benz.

I dropped off my SL500 last year for a tune up. While I was there I asked if they could color sand a couple of rock chips I received on the freeway the following week. I was told the chips were too deep and the entire hood had to be stripped and repainted!!! I approved the hood repaint. The vehicle took days longer than I was told. I had to keep calling. When it was finally ready I had to get a ride to pick up my car. When the lotboy brought it to the front I looked at the hood, and there was still some minor pits up closer to the windshield from the rock incident on the freeway. THEY DID NOT REPAINT THE HOOD like they said they had to do. I called the service manager over and pointed it out. He looked at me and said "" I assure you, we repainted the entire hood"" Apparently rocks must have fallen from the sky and pitted in the exact same spot as the ones I received on the freeway. For $1700 and confirmation they lied about the color sanding how do I know they even did the tune up???
BTW I posted thsi same review last year and it was deleted. Sorry Caliber to point out how dishonest you are!

I had my Sl500 dropped off for a tune up and asked for the dealer to take a look at a couple of paint chips on the hood that occurred on the freeway a week prior and asked if they could give us an estimate to color sand them out. I was told they could not color sand since one of the chips exposed the metal. We were told the entire hood would need to be fully stripped and repainted for $700.00 which I approved. We were told the vehicle would be ready Monday or Tuesday. After calling Caliber motors on Wednesday several times I attained a ride to pick up my vehicle in the afternoon. After paying $1752.00 for a tune up and full hood repaint I had to wait a minimum of 15 minutes for the lot person to find my vehicle. Upon inspection of my vehicle I noticed the chip that went down to the metal, that could not be touched up and color sanded according to Caliber motors, was touched up and color sanded. There were still 5 other pits in the paint. The lot person brought out a ""service manager"", Justin who assured me the entire hood had been repainted. Apparently I am stupid. He then called the body shop department asked them to come pick up the vehicle and I was assured it would be ready no later than ""Thursday afternoon"". Thursday afternoon my assistant called Caliber motors to ask the status of my vehicle we were told it would be ready ""Friday for sure"". I picked up my vehicle this morning, the hood looks better but it was not repainted. I am insulted and feel cheated. If Caliber motors is outright lying about the $700.00 hood repaint, how can I be sure the $1,050.00 tune up was done? Caliber motors is obviously a dishonest dealership, I will be following up with a letter to Mercedes- Benz and the California Bureau of Automotive Repair/ Consumer Affairs. I will NEVER return to Caliber Motors and I will be sure to tell every one I can about my experience with this dealership!
