I had them replaster my pool in 2015. Had issues then and still have issues now. I posted pictures on yelp in 2015. They still there under their old name in yelp. The issue I have now. Is the Decko seal cracked away from the edges between coping and cement walk way (just 2 yrs ago). The real problem is where they put the tile (points down to pool) not level. Is aprox. .250 (high) difference to the walk way. The Decko seal won't hold to the edge. They tried to reapply seal. We all know sealant will level to a flat surface. Leaving my pool coping aprox. .250 high. Very dangerous to catch your feet on a sharp corner. Picture added
The way payment is applied to my account leaves a lot to be desired. Even when I wrote the invoice numbers on my check, they are often credited to other charges which makes for total confusion when trying to reconcile what I owe. When there are returns, it ends up being a totally confusing mess. I wish their accounting system was more up-to-date.
Superior Pool Products of Placentia = No customer service! This is a great place to go if you want to be made to wait, talk about sports, have your orders screwed up, get overcharged and be gossiped about after you leave by the two faced hypocritical bigots. But first, you have to dumb yourself down to be at the intellectual level of the uneducated inarticulate counter "help" certified morons that work here. Then, for good measure you'll probably need a few tattoos and a jersey from your favorite sports team to fit in here. There are so many other local wholesale pool suppliers where the customer is treated with respect and gratitude and where the employees remember they are there BECAUSE of the customer and to serve the customer. If only the owners of this corporation knew EXACTLY how customers were being treated there were be one fell swoop of pink slips going out. Instead, the status quo will remain and slowly customers will go elsewhere like myself and many others
