Great service and the quality of water is excellent. I don't need to worry about buying water anymore. I highly recommend it!
I was hired as a direct support professional, and this was the most unprofessional job I've had. The program manager assured me upon hire that the job is flexible with one's schedule, yet I was terminated because of my schedule. They do not update their client information nor are they prepared. I was hired and not due to start until a month later, yet they did not have my schedule until the day before my start date. The training process is not clear, especially when you are not given the required documents (i.e., case notes, timesheets, etc). I showed up to my first shift without any briefing. I was never able to meet with the owner of this service because she was late to the interview. Upon termination, I was left a voicemail requesting a callback. I called back, and the owner never answered and sent me straight to voicemail. I was not notified of my termination until I checked my email, and the owner still does not have the gall to ring me back. The program manager, Jody Dodge, texted me that the clients depend on consistency and reliability, which begs the question of how management is consistent and/or reliable based on my experience there. The clients were not the problem--very lovely people. The problem was and still is with the owner, Suna Garcia. To this day, I am not even sure if this service is an official (or reliable) company, since you cannot find it anywhere but on yellowpages. My only regret is that I did not quit sooner.
