We stayed her during our visit to Disneyland last October, and we will for sure stay again. Clean hotel with friendly staff. It's a plus they have their own shuttle to Disneyland too!

Had a decent stay. There are just way too few blankets on the bed. They were too short and when you pulled them up to cover the top part of your body, your feet got exposed! They were also so very thin! Another issue was the eggs at breakfast seemed very factory made. Not fresh and rubbery. Bacon would also be a great addition. We had also told housekeeping that we DID NOT want anyone walking into our room...greasy and when we got back from Disney late our room had been cleaned. Sorry to be so negative...I didn't dislike it completely. There is a young girl that works behind the counter named Jasmine who was awesome. She was so kind and made us feel very welcome!
Let me start off by saying that the managers are as dumb as they are stupid. I would not recommend this place to an enemy it is ran by unprofessional morons with no people skills. non friendly dumb asses.do not come here or you will be ripped off you will not get your security deposit back. And you will not get your things from your room if you get locked out unless you pay. Roach infested bed bug heaven.and its not beter then most.its a hell hole
See letter below that I wrote to Costco Travel:Having been a member of Costco for 20 years and purchasing vehicles and appliances through them, this is the first time my family has taken advantage of the travel option. We were excited to plan a Disneyland family vacation at a reasonable price and have the option of staying off the resort at an approved Costco Travel hotel. Disneyland was wonderful! Our kids were appreciative of our 3-day Park Hopper passes and had a blast. The hotel, however, was (for lack of a better term) disgusting. I have heard positive comments about the Anabella Hotel and was excited to give it a try. Maybe it was an accident, maybe people traveling with packages received run-down rooms, but it was so bad we didn't even want to sleep in the beds! Attached are pictures that will show you just how dirty this room was. I have no idea how this hotel is even up to code with mold on the ceiling. Ironically, a week prior, my son had a skin test for allergies. The results showed he was allergic to 47 out of 50 environmental factors, one being mold. This made me extremely nervous, especially when we walked into the musty smelling room that was constantly humid, even with the "air" on and door wide open. Once again, how is visible mold able to meet building code?!I thought maybe I misread the hotel website's amenities and overview. I went back to the page to read "an award-winning first-class boutique hotel"....HARDLY! The quote "Divine, a sleep experience including pampered bedding, luxurious pillow-top mattresses, and plush-duvet covers in selected rooms" show what guests are to experience. Ours were creaky, uncomfortable, and covered in an old polyester comforter, and sheets that were as thin as tissue paper. I'm guessing we were not in a "selected room", but that shouldn't compromise cleanliness. The "elegant granite bathroom" had broken shelves in the shower with very sharp edges that my young boys could easily hurt themselves on. The refrigerator would not stay cold, the ice maker on our floor was broken, the hair dryer that was suppose to be there was non-existent, and poorly patched holes covered the walls and doors. The carpet was FILTHY and stained, the closet door track was filled with black dirt and hair that was not mine, and the wall unit air conditioner did not work. The unit was loud and on full blast ALL night because of the moisture and heat we felt in the room, but no improvements were made. Keep in mind that this is January, not summer. The glorious pictures shown online for The Anabella Hotel is a complete misinterpretation of what the hotel really is. I would go as far as saying false advertisement. I feel compelled to advise Costco about this incident as I know Costco is built on customer service. I would have rather spent extra money and not booked through Costco Travel in order to stay in a place I could at least be confident was clean. I promise I am not a person that complains or writes numerous emails similar to this one. :) The hotel room really was dirty and even felt unsafe. I looked on Yelp and saw many similar experiences to ours. So, it's not just me. LOL! Had I booked directly with The Anabella Hotel, I would have immediately asked for some sort of compensation or looked at staying elsewhere. For my kids, husband, and the sake of wanting to enjoy our trip, I stayed positive and tried not to let it bother me. Hence, this email post-trip.
The hotel has great potential, but needs some work. The open areas are nice. There is a beautiful warm fireplace that is lovely to sit near. However, the rooms are dingy and old. The carpet was filthy. The service is mediocre. I wouldn't recommend this hotel at this time.
Every time I come here I get mistreated they don't like the way the towels are clean when you busy check out of the motel they don't give your money right I like to steal money from you change the door knobs when you don't when you check in they want to prove you're wrong you're always right the customer service is bad they needed all of them to be fired the Army is still the owner of the property as to be Beyond this the song the hotel needs to be shut down permanently they don't have no elevators working and like to stick disables up on the 3rd the 3rd and 2nd floor they are wrong
Very nice convention facilities with plenty of seating to meet up with people. Rooms are nice and there's a Starbucks in the lobby that also has a lot of food choices.
Very nice hotel right near the Anaheim Convention Center and Disneyland. Rooms are spacious and if you're on a high enough floor, you can see Disney fireworks. They are well set up for the business traveler and the family on vacation.
BWPP was a great value. We had a room with 1 King with the sofa pullout. We stayed 2 nights and had no problems. Parking was a breeze, and multiple elevators on property was nice. Breakfast was decent. Nothing extraordinary, but at least they had protein options such as eggs, ham, and yogurt (it looked like they may sometimes offer Oatmeal too since there were toppings for oatmeal, but we didn't see any oatmeal the morning we ate breakfast there). BWPP is 1 of the 2 closest hotels to the crosswalk to the Disneyland Transit area. The decor is pretty outdated, but I don't care about that. I care about cleanliness (check), comfort (check), & location (triple check!) The pull out sofa bed was NOT comfortable, but they rarely are, it was was perfectly fine for my 5 year old daughter. The bathroom was in good shape and there was plenty of hot water. The room also featured at very large mini-fridge...it had a microwave too, but we had no need to use it. The closet was a good size, and I was also appreciative of the ample drawer space and HIGH placer to stash stuff on top of the TV Armoire (which is always important when traveling with a toddler!) This hotel will definitely remain high on my list to check availability and pricing for future trips to Disneyland, with and without the kids!
This was probably an older motel but Marriott took it over and it looks well taken care of now. 1/2 block away from Disneyland. Easy walk
