Do not ever buy from this Seller, they will give you the worst customer service in your life when you your product goes bad, which it most likely would because they sell bad qualify. Read on, i will tell you my experience. 3 months ago,i purchased a xenon conversion kit for my car, the quality of the wires were very poor, but i thought, i keep them as long as it works, boy if i knew better... 2 Months later The bulbs take turns, one works one time and it wouldn't again. So i wrote to the seller here on amazon, 3 weeks later, NOT a reply from the seller, so i decided to call them, so i google their number and called them, it went straight to the voicemail after several calls, i decided to leave a voicemail. A day went by, no one called back, so i decided to call again. This time i got a lady on the phone, told her my problem, she told me that that product have been discontinued, but said, that it's is under 2 years warrantee so I Should Ship the whole kit back and once received, they will ship me a better kit. I went through the whole trouble of disconnect it from my car, luckily I had still kept my old bulbs, wonder what I would've done if I hadn't. Anyway, I did exactly as told. 3days later, i tracked the kit i returned, and it said that it was delivered on 05/13/15, a week later, i still did not receive my replacement, so i called again, no answer, (keep in mind, i had always called during business hours) so i left a message. 2 days later I spoke to a a guy who claimed to be the Mannager of the store, told him my problem. His first response was "oh I will you a replacement of the same product back, I told him, why send me the same product when it's been discontinued? He was very unprofessional through the whole conversation, would not listen to me, speaks over me, n was very defensive.He asked me to pay for shipping for the replacement, kept asking "how would you like to pay, I felt pressure that this guy is only interested in my money. I told him why should I, I paid for the shipping to return the defected product, and why did you all sell me a discontinued due to defects product in the first place, he replied that I didn't have to ship the defected product back to them, so I was like it was one of your associates who to me to ship it back, he said that is not a problem, excuse me, is it my problem that your employee gave me the wrong information? I would have paid the shipping again if he was nice and respectful, but he was the opposit, he was very rude, and even hang up on me. Is this what they call customer service?
