In this day and age to be able to speak to the same person every time you call in is a treat. Honestly, these guys and gals do a nice job staying on top of things. They've taken care of my CPAP needs for a long time. Thanks Elite!
The billing department is awful. Payments are not processed promptly and aren't reflected on statements. Don't pay them using online bill pay services- the money goes into a black hole. Invoices are incomplete and hard to understand. Customer service is great when they are selling you something. After that forget it. No one returns calls or follows up on requests, unless again, it means a sale. I suspect the previous two reviews were made by staff. I'm shopping for a new provider.Update- I finally received a call from a manager and she spent the time needed on the phone to resolve the billing issues. For that reason I'll upgrade it to a 3 star. Going forward the statements will continue to be unclear because of new software they are using. Sounds like a step back to me. I'm stuck and can't change companies without loosing my rental credit. :(
