I used SuperShuttle from LAX to Knotts Berry Farm. I booked online. We waited only about 10 minutes after we checked in electronically (which I loved). I got a text message with a link walking me through how to check in. The driver was courteous and professional and a good driver.
California Coast is a reliable company. They offer great rates and exceptional service. Our company has used them for years and we are extremely satisfied with their services.
We had the privilege of working with California Coast Transportation again in July 2014. They assisted us with all of our ground transportation needs for our 5 day event. We found that they are extremely professional, and put 110% effort in to meeting our specific needs. I will be contacting them for all our conferences in the future, and I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Totally ruined our special night. They sent a horrible car with everything falling off. No air conditioning. Dangerous driver who kept inserting himself into our conversations. The car was messy and embarrassing. No response from company when I tried to reach the manager. My bank is trying to reverse charges to my credit card. I think the driver was on something.
Dirty car, broken car, insane driver. We had to get out of the limousine and stay at a hotel, because the driver was a danger to our children.Here is a brief list of the things that went wrong:- Driver was late- Driver wearing stained pants, t-shirt- Driver manic like someone on Cocaine, talking nonstop and very inappropriate- Missing panel inside car, with exposed sharp and rusty steel- Every major fixture broken off- Only one AC vent worked and it was taped on. Only one setting and kept turning off.- Driver blasing his own music upfront and unresponsive- Lots of sand on the seat- Mold on the bar- A grocery bag with plastic party cups and a flat of bottled water waiting on the seat, nothing more- All electrical outlets broken- Driver got lost- Wobbly seats, not bolted down (this is why we insisted we be dropped at the nearest hotel as we had children)I incurred the cost of staying at a hotel overnight, because I could not risk having a crazy person drive my wife and children.
I had to ask the Limo driver to pull over and let us out. That is how dangerous American VIP Transportation is. The driver was quite literally out of his mind. Will never use them again, needless to say. The car was a disaster. Everything was wrong. Nothing was right. Driver got lost and was very inappropriate. Dangerous dirty interior. Embarrassing exterior. Limos.com refunded our ride, but still it should never have happened. This company should have been vetted. A simple Google search would have shown Limos.com just how bad these guys are. Don't believe me, do a Google search on your own and will see similar complaints, going years back.
The absolute worst limousine experience of my life. Dangerous car. Every fixture broken. Dirt on the seats. Mold in the bar. Exposed rusty steel. Removed paneling. wobbly seats. No air conditioning. Driver in stained pants and will not stop talking. Absolute disaster. Had to insist on driver pulling over and letting us out.
HORRIBLE!!!DO NOT USE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I booked them for my WEDDING DAY, which is the most important day in someone’s life! Well, they did not seem to care because they were an HOUR late! The driver had called and told me he was only 15 minute late- which was a flat out lie. He gave me the run-a-round for an hour until he showed… so my bridesmaids and I, all dressed and ready to go, waiting for an HOUR! He had originally told me he had a flat tire then he told me that he was in bad traffic… which was ANOTHER lie because my guests told me there was NO traffic. We had needed 4 trips to shuttle the bridal parties and the guests that were staying at the hotel back and forth. So, with him being so late he not only made my wedding an hour late, me wait in the lobby for an hour with my guest seeing me, he made my guests that were at my wedding venue wait an hour as well. Also, my wedding picture were ruined because we were rushed with time and it was dark outside and I had to pay my photographer and wedding venue extra money to stay later! … This awful company would NOT even compensate what I had to pay out of pocket!!!And that’s not all…I’ve never had worse customer service in all my life!!! I called the next day and spoke with Robert who had a big attitude with me. He recorded what had happened and said he would call me back. I NEVER got a call back. So I called THEM a WEEK later. I spoke to Melissa (Who was actually very nice and sympathized with me about how horrible it all was) she said she would talk to her supervisor and call me back. Well, She never called me back either. I called her again a few days later and she said her supervisor was out of town but she will talk to him and call me back… ANOTHER WEEK WENT BY! I called again, and got Robert. He is the most disrespectful rude person I have ever dealt with within a company. He yelled at me and was laughing at me when I was getting upset with him for being so rude. He made me CRY, then he tells ME that I’m hostile then screams at me and interrupts every time I talk!! My husband got so furious about how this “business man” was speaking to me he grabbed the phone and Robert started screaming at him too! THEN he told me that he was going to record the call for proof about how I was acting?!?!?! So once he recorded me, he started acting all nice, so I started telling him exactly what he was doing so his boss could hear! Who yells and laughs at someone and acts so disrespectful then says he’s going to record the conversation and starts talking all sweet?? Someone that needs to be FIRED! They claimed they gave me an “extra hour” … BUT the driver was an HOUR LATE… so how is that an extra hour????? They have given me the run around for a MONTH now! OH, AND… Robert refused to give me his bosses name AND number!! He finally gave me an extension that DID NOT even go to anyone’s voicemail! So I’m assuming he is just lying to me again because I’m 100% sure whoever owns this company would be very upset with how these employees treat their customers!! Needless to say, I got NO compensation for them ruining my wedding day, I had to pay out of pocket because of them and I had the worst customer service of my life!!!!!!!!!!WORST EXPERIENCE WITH A COMPANY EVER!!! DO NOT USE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
