Customer service continues to be an art form with these people. I had mistakenly switched Easter cards for my two children, putting them in the wrong packages. Eric opened my packages, put the right card in the right one without any fuss, and sealed them again, even though it was at his busiest time. Someone should do a case study on exemplary customer service with this place. It happens again and again. Ask Eric about how we sent pizza logs to my son in Sacramento, and they arrived safe and sound, ready to heat and eat. A UPS tour de force.

The customer service here continues to be exemplary. I switched Easter cards in packages for my two children by mistake, and Eric opened my packages allowing me to put the right card in each package. He did it on deadline, without any fuss, sealed them properly and still had the packages out in time. This is just standard business procedure for these people. It happens time and time again. Ask him how we shipped pizza logs to my son in Sacramento, Calif., and how they arrived safely and ready to heat and eat. Someone should do a case study with them on how to provide great customer service.
