D J's First Response Towing

First of all the tow truck driver got lost a block when they came to tow my car. Which could have been dismissed had the person i dealt with not given us run around on a price to fix car. (due to our schedules we weren't able to ride them for prices as we SHOULD HAVE) We were told one price, then called to see if car was done.. told that person we dealt with was stealing from company and fired. Now the price had DOUBLED! The owner was acting like it was MY fault the price doubled. Not my fault he hired a CROOK. Then when I asked for the option "B" price took another 3 weeks to get ... AFTER THEY TOWED MY CAR TO WRONG HOUSE TO RETURN TO ME. No call to inform me they were returning my car until after the fact!!! The reason?? He wasn't comfortable doing option "B"!! DIDN'T tell me that until AFTER he returned my car!!! POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I wish I could rate in the negatives. So now I have to call another tow to have moved since they put in wrong driveway!!! POOR!!
