        Disappointing

        I usually don't leave CVS unhappy or displeased, but

        unfortunately I had a horrible experience here. I left my photo in the scanner by accident. I called immediately & was told they would set it aside & come pick it up when available. When I returned to the store 2 days later, my photo had been thrown out. No explanation, no apologies, nothing. The woman's reaction & lack of concern was unbelievable. Horrible horrible customer service. I will never return or trust this CVS with my photos again.
