Love shopping at Chicos. Great customer service, and I love their clothes. I love having the additional 5% off any purchase.
I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy! They are rude, hateful, and just really don't give a damn about their patients and their families. Connie, the manager, and I think the other girl is Jodi? Anyway, don't go there. Find another home health supply company.
Whether you are redecorating, starting over, starting anew, etc., - furniture or clothing - this place is great for just about anything you might want or need. Nancy is very discriminating about what she accepts for consignment so what you see is always best quality. Lots of turnover. Go often!
Some self entitled Asshole of a cashier was so rude she threw trew our bag at us and all our clothes came out.
Worst tailor I have ever used. Dropped off a suit and a second pair of pants on the 22nd. I had a job interview on the 30th, and scheduled to pick up suit after 5pm on the 29th. I arrived at 4:45 pm to see if it was ready, thinking surely 15 minutes was close enough he wouldn't be working on it still. I was told he was very busy, and asked if I needed it today, which I responded yes. He got upset with ME because I wanted it the day it was due, which was in 15 minutes. I was then told to look at my ticket because it said "after 5pm". Keep in mind this is all only 15 minutes from when it is supposed to be done. So I come back in 15 minutes, and I'm told it's done, and he's just pressing it. So I wait a half hour there, while he's running around the back (in my view, doing lots of things besides pressing my suit). So they lied about it being done, and he's just rushing my suit. At 5:30 the girl at the counter tells me that they cant finish it and that I can come back at "any time the next day". I sit there in disbelief and I don't even respond at all the lies I've been told to this point. I'm at least handed the suit finally at 5:40, and it's a wrinkled mess that was so poorly done (obviously not 'being pressed' like I was told). He hands me wrinkled suit mess, that isnt even covered in a plastic cover, even though he has a dispenser of plastic suit bags right there he obviously uses, and tells me he's going to start on my 2nd pair of pants. I tell him I want 2nd pair back without him doing anything to them. I didn't want my second pair of pants to be rushed just because he's closing, and he obviously doesn't care about doing a good job. He grabs my 2nd pair of pants from the back and throws them on the counter, and I take them and leave. I take them home and try them on, and the lengths on the pair of pants and jacket are still way too long, and he took the legs in way too much. He let my suit and pants sit in his business for a week, and then when I showed up an hour and 15 minutes before he closed, he did a quick unprofessional job just to get my clothes out of his business because he already had taken my money. I never post reviews, but I had to get the word out that he's terrible, and if you read this, don't waste your time, go to a professional.
Nice, Helpful people. They can work with deadlines. I had a pick up on a Monday that I forgot was a national holiday and they made it there so I could go to Vegas the SAME DAY! Not to mention that the clothes look great on me!
If you need top notch paint and body work, this is the place to go. Dee, the owner will take care of you and his painter Justin (Hedferst Kustoms) is one of the best there is. Stop by there sometime and check out some of the hot rods they are building and working on, awesome work and really nice guys!!!
They are extremely rude! I wouldn't waste my time or money dealing with them ever again!
Use caution when allowing your physician or hospital to call BritKare to provide medical equipment! My son needed a wheelchair and the hospital contacted BritKare to provide. They delivered the wheelchair to the hospital and all was fine until they began calling me saying that they didn't get all of the paperwork they needed from the hospital and that if I didn't get everything sent to them that they were going to bill me directly and file for collections if I didn't pay. I gave them my health insurance information over the phone but they also wanted my social security number. I told them that I wouldn't give that over the phone but that I would gladly put it on a form if they would email or fax one to me. I was told that they don't work that way. BritKare failed to get all of the necessary paperwork before they delivered the equipment and now they are trying to make pay for the equipment without processing it through my health insurance because they won't do the one simple thing required by the hospital to get the information needed to bill my insurance. After speaking with the hospital, all BritKare has to do is fax a request on company letterhead and the hospital will provide anything they need. I called BritKare and told them that and they still refuse to send the letter to the hospital.
Don't see how they are in business.
