We have gone to this daycare for several years, my kids enjoy it and I feel like they really care about the children!

I have my 3 year old daughter and 4 month old son in this daycare. I like that when we walk through the halls all the teachers acknowledge us and say hi. We have had a really great experience so far. I like that the mommy cam is available. Everybody has been very nice to us.
My niece went to this facility and her parents had to pull her out for many reasons (Feb 2017). This daycare doesn't offer regular service like most daycare's.Ten hour service and if your child is late they would not accept him/her. This in my opinion is a complete rip off facility. I strongly suggest spending a bit more and sending your child somewhere different knowing they are taken care of and no time limits of pickup or drop off. As a working parent flexibility is very important.
Love this daycare and the staff. Very good with kids and awesome owner! My kid has gone here since she was 6 weeks old and now she is 3. Always helpful and takes very good care of every child in care.
My great grandsonl loves it he is 3 I'm a real estate agent so my hours r crazy and the work with me and Ashley is real nice
Worst. Witnessed adult on adult violence/abuse who knows what's really going on during work hours I hated leaving my kid there
Well first of all everyone that says that place is nasty, I know that if I was going to drop my kid off at a place I would want to take a tour of the place and if it was as nasty as it was I would not drop off my son. And for some of you that says you just kept dropping off your kids at a place like that. I would not ask what is wrong with the place but what is wrong with you as parents. See if a place was that bad after the first day I would run. So what ever you are writing on here I don't believe and with anyone that has common sense would not either. And if it was that bad why did you not report them.
This was the definition of a very bad childcare experience. It is hard to distinguish staff members. There were 4-5 people sitting at the front desk, and ot one of them acknowledges you. This happened twice. I would ask a question and they all would look at me dumbfounded. At one point, with lack of response I had to ask who works there to get a reply. My son is 12 mo old. I dropped him off on his first day. Nobody asked who he was or introduced themselves. I was about to leave and not one person asked anything about my son....normal nap time? Eating schedule? Not one concern for a new child. Teachers were switched 3 times during the day, and apparently there was a big lack in communication. I called in the morning to remind them my son is milk/dairy allergic, not just lactose intolerant, but allergic and he was not to be given any dairy. When I picked him up they had documented giving him a cup of milk for lunch and chocolate chip cookies for snack. He always takes a 1 hour morning nap and 2 hour afternoon nap. He slept a total of 20 minutes all day. I do understand sleep schedules take time to establish, but by the time I picked him up at 5 he was a zombie. I tried to give payment on 4 separate occasions but nobody could tell me how much I would owe, and the director has not returned my call/messages in 3 days. I will not be giving them any money, nor will I be going back.
