We scheduled them between 8 and 9.They showed up at 10.when I called the office he said they probably stopped for drinks .when they arrived they stunk of marijuana and cigarettes. They moved all of our stuff in the truck and then took 30 minutes to show up at the new house which was only 10 minutes away racking up the cost. They moved it all in and I was pleased until I realized they lost the bolts to my brand new bedroom set dresser. They were in the drawer when it was moved and they lost it and they can't be replaced. This business is a joke .The truck is a small uhaul truck that is beat to krap
LEMC and Canyon Apartments are NOT the apartments you want to stay in. If they haven't done it to you already, they will start your rent out low and then jack up the prices to ridiculous requests. Not to mention it will be for an over-used, over-stained, nothing works correctly apartment. They will then take a very long time to fix anything you need fixed in your apartment. The apartment complex where I was a tenant was trashed with carpet stains, the bathtub was infested with mold, and when I told them to put in fire alarms, they never did, which is a safety issue. And this was when I FIRST moved in. The manager is very rude and does not listen to reason. And when you leave, they take your deposit away and also charge you ridiculous fees to mooch as much money as they can from your pocket. Their response to the ridiculous fees when I asked about them was to, "go take a business class," in a letter with spelling that looked like it was done from a fifth grader. It is not worth recommending to your friends for a hundred less dollars on your rent because I would not wish upon them, the rudeness and unprofessionalism of this company.

If you are looking for a proffessional management company to manage your properties, I would recommend LEMC. Compared to other management companies in the surrounding areas, Dan Rogers and his team gave their stuff together.
Initially, when we made our reservation with zip dog they told us to count on them being here between the hours of 9 a.m. and 11 a.m. We waited and waited until finally around 12 45 we call the office and they said they had put us down for a 1 p.m. delivery. It would have been nice to know from the get go that they never planned on coming between 9 and 11. My husband had to be at work by 2 and if we had known this we would have went with someone else so there wasn't such a time crunch. Not only that, we live in a small one bedroom apartment and it literally took the two men three and a half hours to load the truck. Also, the two men they sent out to move our furniture and belongings did not look like they should be working at a moving company. They were very small guys and skin and bones making it hard for them to move furniture and heavy boxes. All in all, it took much less time and effort for me and my husband to move our selves in then it did two men with a huge moving truck to move us out.
I lived in a property for over a year and a half.... The house was ok several major problems happened with plumbing which still was not resolved when we moved out. The roof needed to be replaced not repaired. The house had major issues with electric outlets. All a side they expect you to pay rent and shut up. When I moved you I sold my refrigerators to the next tenant they took them out and scrapped them.... After they said it was ok. They then told me they didn't remember and I didn't remind them. As a buisness it is not my responsibility to do that for you.... it is called a pen and paper. Please don't go to this slum lord.

If a company isn't an AMSA member, that doesn't mean it isn't reputable, but an AMSA membership is a clear indication of legitimacy.
