Midas

I have taken my vechicle to this Midas twice this year. The first time I took it in my Jeep it was running rough and needed to have the carburetor adjusted. They kept the Jeep for 4 hours and told me that it could not be adjusted. I then took my Jeep to another repair shop and was in and out in 30 minutes with a Jeep that ran very well.



I came back a second time thinking my previous experiance my have been a fluke and I belive in second chances. I brought the same Jeep in to have a new muffler installed and have an exhaust gasket replaced. They had the Jeep for 2 and a half days! After 4 hours, on the 1st day, I called to see how thing were going, they had not started and asked to keep it over night. After 24 hours I had not heard anything so I called, at 2:15 on Saturday, to inquire what kind of progress they were making and was told that they needed an additional 30 minutes and it would be ready to go. I arrived at 3:15 to a closed shop until Monday. There was no mention of them closing when I called.

2. Slow

3. Poor customer service - I had to call and inquire about my vechicle on several occasions and no mention of odd closing hours.



This shop may not be the worst ever, but there are way to many options out there to continue giving out chances. I won't be back for a 3rd. I have learned my lesson.
