        Made an appointment and when I got there they said about 45 mins. I waited 1.5 hrs and asked what was taking so long and they said they were just draining the oil. I knew I was leaking oil somewhere and thought they would check. I had to ask the mechanic because it wasn't on my ticket. He said "oh yeah, it's your oil pan gasket." I asked why that wasn't relayed to me. He told me that he doesn't know what the girls up front do. Not his problem.
