I would highly recommend the guys at Bruces mobile repair. These guys went out of their way to help me when I messed up my emergency brake pads by towing my car with the parking brake partially engaged. the rates are very reasonable and everyone was friendly. For the person that left the poor review earlier, I would say that you will not find any business that will come and jump you off for free! These guys charge much less than a nearby competitor, and were willing to work on my car on short notice as I was just passing through. thanks guys!

The man was polite and professional and went above and beyond to make sure my car was running that day. He was accomodating to my schedule and replaced my AC compressor accumulator and serpentine belt in the cold rain and was done in under 2 hours. Dont hesitate to call this man if you have a problem

I had a terrible experience with this company. On the phone, Bruce said he would send a technician out to give me a jump-start so that I could bring the car into their shop. I figured that would save me $35-45 on a tow, so I was happy about it. When the mechanic got there, he wanted to charge me $50. Bruce didn't mention this charge on the phone and I figured it was a way they try to get business - by saving people money on towing charges when they can by giving a little extra service. I told him that I would get a friend to give me a jump-start and would not pay the fee, and he demanded I pay $25 of the fee anyway because he came out. He literally yelled at me and called me a thief for not paying him.



A good mechanic doesn't hide charges and tries to get the lowest rates for his customers. I'll never do business with this company again, and I was amazed to see they had good rating on Yelp and YP (which is why I called them). My guess is that these entries are fakes.



AVOID THIS VENDOR.

My wife drove from New Orleans to Las Vegas to Pickup 3 of our grandkids for the summer and broke down in Amarillo on the way back with a Uhaul trailer on the back.They were courteous, fair and diligent.They even brought them to the hotel and picked then up at the end.Straight shooters, I highly recommend them if you are 1000 miles away from your loved ones in distress or it's for you . With out hesitation I would use them again but hope I don't need them.God Bless Ya'll.

Great service. Goes above and beyond the call of duty. My daughters car had some issues. Bruce met her at her car on a Friday night. Started working on her car Saturday morning at 7:30 am. After working on the car all morning we found out that the car could not be fixed during the weekend so we had to do a one way rental to Arizona. Bruce took my daughter to the airport to get a rental. Great price, very resonable. Car had engine issues so Bruce even helped to ship the car back home. This place is too good to be true. Are you in the Amarillo area? You need to go there!

The people in Bruce's mobile are amazing. When our truck broke down, we ended up being stranded. We stopped by a gas station called interstate care and they referred us to Bruce's Mobile. We drove up to their place and they were closing the shop for the day. My husband spoke to Bruce along with his son and they did not turn us away and even took a look at our truck without any hesitation. Bruce had to go out of town to find a part that we needed for our truck. His wife even picked us up from our hotel that was nearby, to the shop. I HIGHLY recommend this shop. Wonderful and extremely helpful people.

They can fix anything! Also, they will come to you. And they are reasonably priced.
