Have been calling this store for more than 1 hr. No one answers on any line we call into. It rings and rings but no answer. Store doesn't close until 8:00pm. It is now just 7:00pm. Frustrating. At this point - very poor rating.

I just left your store in Amarillo TX I was looking looking for an Otter box cover for my mobile phone. I saw 6 or 7 employees in that area only 2 were helping customer's the others were visiting after going from shelf to shelf, purposely, looking puzzled no one offered to help. At that point I went to where 3 were visiting stood about 4 feet away and stared till one tore himself away to tell me you don't carry any covers for LG Vista phones. You can bet I will tell several people that I wasted 15 minutes of my life in your store being ignored.

Good Customer Service!

Wow. I had to exchange something I bought online. I was dreading going into the store, so I put it off about a week and a half. To my surprise, the transaction was handled very well. The girl at customer service was so nice. She had kind of a super hero hairstyle, with a blonde streak in front. She was so nice to me. On top of that, she actually knew what she was doing.

I'm telling you, the art of customer service is a dying one. Many of my friends will just eat the cost of a purchase rather than going in to deal with some horrible person at the customer service counter. I've been talking up my Best Buy customer service experience to everyone I know. Maybe they should offer to customer service training to the other businesses in town. I could suggest a list. *grins*

Because of this experience, Best Buy will be my first shopping choice. They're doing it right, and I appreciate it so very much.
