I was looking for the best quality and priced rent house i could find in alva oklahoma. I was moving and relocating to alva for employment and also was thinking about taking some classes at the university of nwosu and wanted to find a rental property close to the campus and down town area. I searched on the web for best property management companies and found that kohlris has more rent houses available then any other management company so i called them and spoke with the owners Jerry and Aleta kohlrus they made an appkintmenr and we went and looked at several rental properties that were open an available for rent. Every rent house i stepped into was clean and yards were clean and kept ready to rent moce in ready all of them were priced very affordable too. I rented a one bedroom with garage and huge bedroom and huge bath and laundry room on mill street and ot was nicer and lower priced then several other i had seen with two other companies that advertise rent houses in alva. I was always pleased to go in and pay the rent because mr an mrs kohlrus are great people and have since became personal friends. I would encourage anyone interested in renting a home in alva ok 73717 to call them or go see them at the office on tbe downtown square in alva.

We were looking for rental properties in Alva for our sons attending college. The man over the rental properties would never return calls. A lady came and showed us properties. She was very friendly. We found a location, but then the man over the rental properties was completely rude on the phone when we tried to do the rental agreement. He could not meet with U.S. In person, so the only communication was by phone once, after 2 weeks of trying to contact him. He was rude, condescending, and arrogant. Luckily we found a different rental with another agency in town. They were extremely helpful. I would not recommend this agency to anyone!!!
