People of Altus ok. Be prepared for a Facebook blast. I worked as a stylist. Keep this in mind. Went to get my hair done. By Tiffany in whimsy. She didn't show up to her apt. Then called me at 2 to come in. Still wasn't there. Her assistant that just graduated did my hair. While she told me how bad the owner was at hair and how she treated her. She literally left crying. Mind you two employees quit because of her being nasty and unprofessional. They dyed my roots black. And my highlights on top are blonde and bled. She forgot about me and left my highlights on for a hour and a half. My hair is fried. She made a girl not licensed style me and blow me out who was the receptionist. Then when I saw it I cried. I never ever had a experience like this. She left to go to a party. After spending 20 mins doing my hair. Claimed she spent six hours when I had a apt with her and other people not licensed did it. Then it came out spotty. Damaged. And orange, yellow, and really dark brown. I asked over and over not to ombré the bottom. The bottom is straight lines and looks insane.I was crying so much the receptionist didn't wanna charge me for anything but the product use.But the stylist said pay full price or I'm calling the cops and military. Even though I wasn't violent. She didn't even see my hair. And the girl up front felt so bad and even said it looks terrible. And she feels bad charging me. I'm never going back to whimsy. Ever again. Unprofessional and rude. Cops do not to be involved over a civil matter. For any business owner they should learn to treat customers with respect. Instead of insisting I wanted a free service, when I wasn't paying for trash I was crying about. She also lied and said I tanned for free and she's done so much for me, but i paid for tanning sessions for a tanning booth that shuts off almost every time I used it I had to have it restarted. Never did I bash another stylist. But who treats clients like this!??
