We have been a long time customer of family video..Our family rented two movies and two video games last night. 18.00 later We watched the movies and kids played their games or tried. When my daughter explained to me the one game did not work for her, I thought no prob.. I ll let them know when I return it and get a credit or something. I got there, I stood for a few moments until the man finished checking out customers. I believe he's the manager. He came over, I explained the issue. He said with a smarty pants attitude, "I see what the problem is, it's not our game". He explained that their games have UPC codes around the inside.. I said " well that's the game you gave me. " He said"" well sometimes they get mixed up at home " and basically accused me of screwing something up. He made me and my daughter feel awkward and did not offer to give us a credit for the 3.50 I spent for nothing..and said" thanks for letting me know"". Advice is stay away, over priced and rude!!
