- General Info
- Blair County Head Start serves children between the ages of 3 and 5. It offers child care, health, food and transportation services. Blair County Head Start conducts parent committee meetings that encourage parental involvement in children s education. It provides classes in phonological awareness and literacy, listening and independent skills development. Blair County Head Start also offers in-home educational services. It organizes field trips and language activities.
