We have been a long time customer of family video..Our family rented two movies and two video games last night. 18.00 later We watched the movies and kids played their games or tried. When my daughter explained to me the one game did not work for her, I thought no prob.. I ll let them know when I return it and get a credit or something. I got there, I stood for a few moments until the man finished checking out customers. I believe he's the manager. He came over, I explained the issue. He said with a smarty pants attitude, "I see what the problem is, it's not our game". He explained that their games have UPC codes around the inside.. I said " well that's the game you gave me. " He said"" well sometimes they get mixed up at home " and basically accused me of screwing something up. He made me and my daughter feel awkward and did not offer to give us a credit for the 3.50 I spent for nothing..and said" thanks for letting me know"". Advice is stay away, over priced and rude!!
My boyfriend bought me a beautiful bracelet for valentines day. We picked it out together, a silver rope chain with a diamond heart charm. The sales girl told me it was silver. He spent $75 on it to be engraved and bought... What a freaking waste, within two days two stones fell out (had to apply a spray glue to keep the rest from doing the same) the band's "silver" turned brown and just recently the charm fell off. Guys do not waste your time there. Go to a real store and pay a little extra for an engraving, it'll be well worth it.
