These people need to collect all of the client's insurance information before calling a client and telling them they have to come up with a huge deposit and then make payments on a CPAP machine. Always call your insurance company yourself to make sure what they tell you is true. My CPAP machine is covered under a subdivision of my primary insurance. They just looked at my primary insurance carrier. It took a call from my wellness nurse to figure out I was misinformed and did not owe this company a $300 deposit and $120 per month for this machine. It also took me from February to now to figure this out.
Terrible company to work with. The owner allows sexual harassment to employees. She does not care about anything other than making money.
