Swain Chiropractic

Wish I could give this place less than a star. If you ever need a chiropractor never EVER EVER go to Swain chiropractic in Altoona. They're LIARS!!!! 1 year later they send me a bill for $925. When I ask why "your insurance isn't in our network. We don't send anything to that company" why the hell didn't you tell me WHILE I WAS THERE?! Or when you, oh ya know, made copies of my insurance!! They didn't ask me for money once they always said "nope you're good to go" and then it was too late for my insurance to even attempt to cover it or have my secondary pick it up which they neglected to even send anything to. Also the adjustments helped nothing, found out later its nerve related more than anything. Don't get me wrong, the people doing the adjustments were super nice. But clearly no one understands how insurance works or how to tell people "hey, you're not covered"
