I rate this business based on the so called owner/manager "KIM". As I don't know her last name but if you have spoken to her, she is the only Kim there. I would rate the staff "5 stars" that are out conducting business at the mobile sites. I had a bad phone encounter with "Kim" today (6/28/2018) for something she completely forgot to do 2 weeks ago (send my pet's medicine). As humans, we all make mistakes as I told her 2 weeks ago when she explained that she totally missed sending my pet's medicine out. I was totally understanding of that but she again stated I would receive my pet's medicine in a couple days. Well today has been 2 weeks and when I call the office to speak with a manager, this rude, obnoxious, cantankerous, unprofessional person answers name "Kim". I kindly ask " May I speak with someone in management?" She replies 'How can I help you?" I again, ask to speak with management and she yells " I am the manager". I proceeded to ask well may I speak to the owner? Kim yells again, "I am the owner! "All I could say was "Wow". I told Kim, I still have not received my pet's medicine so she says well it should arrive tomorrow or Saturday! That's what she has been saying for the longest but I still have not received it. I don't think I will be using her services ever again because I definitely don't need to be dealing with a small business owner that is TOALLY disrespectful, belligerent and has no professional skills AT ALL! I am totally ashamed for those hard working individuals that represent her brand because if they knew how their CEO acted towards me today, I'm sure they would have felt the way I did. As the consumer, Kim should realize that she can't "bite the hand that feeds her". I have an enormous amount of friends that use her services but after today, I have requested that they reconsider using Kim's service. I RATE KIM A -5!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
