They deposited the wrong amount on a check I deposited. (Altamonte Springs branch). They quickly took out the overage, but did not reverse it back into my employers account After a gazillion phone calls they still would not make it right. They promised to email, but did not. They promised to call back, but did not.
I finally was able to get through to the branch manager Patricia. She was amazing! She got right on it. She followed up and followed through, making sure everything was taken care of. Patricia saved the day! While corporate seemed to continuously drop the ball, Patricia was on it. I am so thankful she is there. You can tell she truly cares about her branch and her members. Thanks a ton Patricia!!!
Sorry corporate but your inability to follow up or follow through has me giving the lowest rating for proffessionalism and expertise. You need to hire more folks like Patricia. She is a true assett to your company. Your representatives at corporate could learn a thing or two from her on how to give excellent service!
