CPR Cell Phone Repair

Fantastic service! Repaired my cell phone in less than 35 minutes. Courteous, professional, extremely knowledgeable, and the price was reasonable. I had to drive 40 miles to get to this place but it was well worth it!.

Didn't have much hope for my smartphone that went through the entire washing machine cycle, however the only thing that consistently worked was the battery (which I switched out from time to time into my new smartphone). One day the broken smartphone actually turned on, so I took it to CPR for evaluation. Got a call the next day that the smartphone was working after the cleaning and only needed a new battery. A little while later the same day, got a call from CPR that they still needed to evaluate the smartphone as it was not holding a charge. A week later I called CPR and they indicated they were still working on the smartphone. Another week later, I called CPR again (CPR had not contact me at any time in the those two weeks) and they indicated the smartphone was unrepairable. Now that I have the broken smartphone back, the battery will not work at all. Seems very strange that the battery did work before I left the smartphone at CPR and now the battery does not work at all!
