I found them to be very professional, prompt, friendly and went out of the way to make sure everything was done to my satisfaction; in addition at the end of each work day, they made sure my house was clean and orderly.. I am a custom builder in the orlando area. My company began working with the owners of Barry Neal Carpets about 30 years ago when they worked with another company. When they opened Barry Neal I followed them because the products and service had always been the best with Steve and Barry(owners). Recently a customer I was involved with in an informal way worked with BarryNeal for their new home. The process of trying to get final decisions made so proposals could be completed and product ordered in a timely fashion was tough. Trying to communicate was not always productive. It's unfortunate that this customer ended up soooo unhappy with the process, but I can guarantee you that material and the workmanship on that job is above reproach and installed on schedule. I'm sorry the customer thinks that yelling at the office personnel is a productive way to accomplish their end. I will continue to recommend this fine company to all my customers.

Yes, they do have a large selection but they are completely unprofessional. Always got our quotes wrong (and then said it was my fault). Quotes/propsals were given to us written on torn off notebook pages in pencil, calculated by hand. I'm guessin they don't even have Excel??? When told they would come out and measure, they never did and never called to follow up. To my surprise when I asked to complain to the owner... guess what? I was dealing with the owner the entire time. I would never use this company again. Consider yourself warned.

Barry Neal Carpets has a fine product line, but the real difference is their staff. Leslie is the best!

I worked with Barry Neal to install carpet & hardwood in my home about a year ago. They offer a super selection of materials in a bunch of different price ranges & they have financing too!!!! They were great about taking an estimate, showed up on time & handled the installation like professionals...I would use them again & refer them to my friends
