Isabel rushed through the tour (while repeatedly saying, "Don't rush" while moving into the next room to show us something else) and had us sign papers saying we could add anything we needed to. It was disgusting. The apt was not cleaned before move-in. I found grease all over the kitchen and hair in the bathroom. The tub was painted (?!) and there looked to be water stains on the ceiling that were painted over. The patio door looked like it was repeatedly hit with a hammer. I called the office and told them the situation. They sent the maintenance manager to look at the apt and he admitted that it wasn't ready. They still wouldn't give us the regional manager's number, but instead called her from the back room. We weren't given any updates for a long time. I called corporate and only then did we get any updates. The regional manager called me from a restricted number and allowed us to break the lease. They are only returning the security deposit. We agreed to get out of the nightmare.
I currently live here and it has been nothing less than a nightmare. I moved in last November and since then they have not fixed anything that was suppose to be fixed before I moved in. And right now they are saying i didnt pay my rent when they are the ones who lost my money order (which i still have the paystub from) and theyre saying i have 3 days to pay rent plus late fees or to move out. the front office personals are rude and will talk down to you like youre nothing. The maintenance does not fix anything. The neighborhood is unkept and dirty. The neighbors are loud. There is potholes all through out the complex. There is a pest problem. There was a rat that died behind my stove. They maintenance man came out and left the rat there for a week. I ended up having to remove it myself after it had already started to decompose. This place is a disgusting nightmare.
