I went in this weekend and had a horrible experience. Sure, the new location is prettier, but thats where the good ends. My "consultant" basically said - How much do you want to spend, here's our inventory, pick out what you want and we'll try it on --- that's not consulting. I chose from the VERY limited inventory they had (not like the other store). She then "got my size" which were too big, and basically left us in the fitting room area. The store was pretty empty, so I can't imagine she was too busy to come back, more just not interested. Every other shop I've been to has a consultant help you throughout the whole time. When none of the dresses worked out - all were poor quality and just as expensive as some of the boutiques I visited - she proceeded to bring me "other options" which were literally the exact opposite of what I said I was looking for. When I expressed that we were leaving, she put on a fake "I'm so sorry I wish I could help" face. It was such a disappointment. Shame for DB to invest in a new place but totally fail on the quality of the staff and inventory. Thankful that Alfred Angelos was able to take me in for a last minute appointment and I was greeted with so much more respect, professionalism and inventory options which were presented to my style. I'll never refer back to Davids Bridal again - dont waste your time!

Loved Alfred Angelo. Went for the first time with my cousin to get her wedding dress and bridesmaids dresses. The consultant was fantastic. He made the experience for my cousin very special. I returned to pick up my dress and to shop for my own wedding dress. My consultant, Ovidia, was wonderful. Again, it was a very personal experience and they really care about what you want and are honest about what flatters your body type.
Great dresses. Horrible customer service. If i were you i would yry a different store. My "consultant " was rude and completely not interested. Perhaps because i didn't get a dress that coast over $1000. My wedding is October 17th. Was told by Clair P. My dress would be here wnd of August. Now on September 12th I'm being told my dress won't be here until October 7th.
Davids Bridal has a great selection of dresses but absolutely terrible service. There are too many appointments booked at the same time and not enough associates to go around. So the associates working are stressed out and not all that pleasant. Probably what's the worst part is if you need to call the store for anything ranging from a basic appointment to alterations it is literally impossible to reach an associate and there is no answering machine to at least leave a message. So if you need an appointment you can't get one, if you need an alteration you can't get one, or if you need to ask any kind of question you will get no answer. Anything you need will have to be done in person after a very long wait in line, which is not possible for destination brides.
