If I could give less then one star I would. Chris is very dishonest. He picked up my autoclave for repair and said that it was unrepairable. I asked for a photo. Once he returned my unit unrepaired I had someone else come and look at it. It was a switch. I called CHRIS, asked him to refund my money There was a charge of $160.00 just to look at it. He won't return my emails or calls. Here are the photos.

DONT DO IT!! There are plenty of other medical supply stores in and around orlando!!horizonsmedicalsupplies.…floridamobilityproducts.…essentialmedicalsupply.c…phdpharmacy.bizbinsons.comTo name just a fewBad Customer service ( bad knowledge and They really didn't care or try to help, even when it was there own incompetence that caused the problem )There online service is out sourced and not open on weekends, So if they mess up your order or don't deliver as promised by Friday, they have no way of contacting the company or getting you a Fedex tracking number to check on the delivery, so you'll have to just suffer in pain over the weekend until Monday. When you pay extra for a rush service this is a TERRIBLE way to operate, especially when its medical supplies!! Jimmy johns is more reliable!
These people are really nice -- I have found them incredibly willing to go out of their way to help (Particularly Tracey) -- the first time I went in the lady measured me for compression hose (yay - I'm old?? *rolling my eyes*) and she pointed me at the standard ones that *were* cheaper. However, I had difficulty keeping them up and went back -- was re-measured and they recommended another brand which actually fit much better (more sizes so closer to what I needed) and they cheeryfully took back the worn hose that weren't right for me. That's just ONE example -- given that they realize no one goes to a medical supplies place if everything is "wonderful" in their world -- they are just really personable, human and helpful. AT this point my husband and I go there even if we know our insurance will only cover a purchase at anoher store JUST because our experience has been so positive. so if you were my friend THAT is what I'd tell you.
