Yes steps don’t last 6 month then Fall a part save your money and build them out of wood just beware junk steps

My whole experience with Unit Step Company has been terrible. The steps they installed less than one year ago are flaking away to the point you can see raw stone on every riser. They look worse than the set of steps they replaced. The owner does not answer his phone, and will no longer return my messages. One star, because i could not give it less.

Terrible job! The block of steps was installed crooked, the huge open area underneath the unit was not filled in so the steps did not have solid material to rest on, they never returned to apply a protective coating, as promised, less than 10 years later there is a huge crack across the side of the entire unit and they have shifted and are even more crooked. On top of that, when, after a substantial amount of time had elapsed and they hadn't called to set a date for the steps to be coated, when I called to ask about it the person I dealt with was extremely rude to me.

They did a wonderful job. They had my old concrete steps removed and new ones installed within a week. The steps and railing are well-built and have a nice appearance. The operators were friendly and took a lot of care in bringing the step across our yard without harming the flower beds. I would definitely recommend them for replacement of precast concrete steps.
