        Do not use Sutton’s Services. They installed a “new” washer drain pump and it broke six months later. Sutton’s said it had to be the control board and refused to even look at it. So I got another company for a second opinion and apparently Sutttons installed a used drain pump. The new company installed an actual new drain pump and my washer works fine now. I have called Sutton’s multiple times to try to get a refund for the faulty part they installed and they will not return my calls and now when I call it won’t go through, just says “user busy”, leading me to believe they have blocked my number to avoid dealing with me. Do not use this company!

        Worst place in Alpharetta, the technicians are un tranined and rude. He came and broke my appliances in front of my eye and charged me $150. Frauds run this business. Stay away
