We use PC EMT for all of our business and personal device repair needs. Zo and his team are super knowledgeable, responsive, and very fair on pricing (the price to repair an iPhone X screen was 50% less than another company). The work is top-notch and you simply cannot go wrong with PC EMT. I highly recommend PC EMT.
Every time I go to PC EMT, I am impressed with their professionalism and knowledge. Over the years, I've had several iPhone screens crack (and an iPad), a problem with a battery, an issue with my charging port and most recently my computer had a virus. Everything always comes back in perfect working condition. I like how they show that everything is in working order before I leave and that they clean the screen as well. If you need anything electronic repaired, I highly recommend this business.
This is the best place you can go to repair your iPhone! It is extremely well managed and reliable. You can't beat the quality customer service or price anywhere. I have been coming here since I started using switched to iPhone and will continue to do so. I am sure the other service here is also of equal value because they run such a tight ship! Keep it up! Other businesses could learn from this place.
Excellent!!! My Laptop crashed on Saturday. I called them and they took my computer and had it up and running perfectly (even better than original) in a couple of days. This could have been a big blow to my business, but they saved the day... Very professional and outstanding at what they do. They are my new go-to for anything computer related. I am also going to buy my next computer from them and set it up so it is right!
I highly recommend them to anyone who needs help with their computers!
Purely Impressive! and I am not just talking about their very competitive pricing! Their customer service absolutely has my utmost respect for professionalism. You can tell they actually love what they do and warmly demonstrate it in their work by making sure the customer understands as well. I highly recommend this place to anyone!
I am reissuing a complaint I recently cancelled. It appears the issue I thought was with AT&T that was resolved was in fact not resolved. In fact, I learned my computer was dangerously operating on an unsecured network. Unfortunately, because I thought I had internet connection, I mistakenly thought the issue was with AT&T. However, it has come to my attention that the existing issue is still in place, and I want PC-EMT to correct whatever they did to the settings on my computer that are not allowing me to get internet service in my home. Plus, I am adding a complaint that PC-EMT is falsely posting on my behalf. Someone (NOT ME) posted an apology to PC-EMT stating the issue was with AT&T and not PC-EMT, then the false party using my name, gave 5 stars to PC-EMT. This is certainly something I will NEVER do. Even if they resolve the issue with my computer, I do not think they deserve 5 stars; especially since I have had to resort to reporting their service to BBB and GA Consumer Services.
My family has been using PC EMT for years and they are GREAT! They have always repaired our computers quickly and have never, ever tried to upsell us with products or services we don't need. The guys (maybe ladies too but have not seen any :)) are always friendly, knowledgeable and available. Even if I just come by or call with a question! I really like that they have a nice convient retail laocation right next to Kroger. I am always thrilled to do business with a local trusworthy company like this where you can get real personal service and you are not just a number with an extended warranty! If you need computer repair, call them, you will be glad you did!
My son's 4 year old Gateway laptop had been going off and turning black spontaneously. PC EMT ran a diagnostic for a set fee and seemed to temporarilly fix the problem but the laptop kept doing it every few weeks, so they probably checked it 4 more times for no additional fees.
Finally, the last time John recommended we consider a new laptop by emachines because further attempts at fixing the Gateway might not even work . Might as well get a brand new updated system. I picked up the emachines laptop for a competitive price and it has been working like a charm. Thank You John and Warren, as well as the others that have helped us through our little computer breakdown.

In the past few months, they have worked on my office desk top and two laptops. I was very pleased. The staff is thoroughly professional and knowledgeable, and the repair cost was reasonable. And they even have excellent interpersonal skills.
Hopefully my computers won't have problems again for a while, but if they do, it's going to PC EMT 24/7.

My 6 year old HP Laptop shutdown in late June. After a number of attempts at repairing it myself and doing research online I surmised it was the MB. I was about to ship it to Houston to get a diagnosis and someone suggested I go see PCEMT.
Man was I pleased. They Diagnosed and repaired the laptop, which had some cooling issues, replaced a bad memory board and they repaired the file management system. From the time I got the diagnosis to when I picked it up was less then a day.In fact they told I could pick it up that day ( I had prior commitments).
They have brought this laptop back to life. It is quiet, fast, running cool and has not shutdown.
I highly recommend these people.

On 23 January 2009 we contacted PC / EMT to purchase 2 computers with a specific list of components and were promised they would be availabel that night. They were not. We were told (via telephone) that they might be ready in the morning of on 24 January 2009. They were not. We were told that they would be ready on the moning od 26 January at 9AM. They were not. Our technician was at the store to pickup the systems and was notified that the computers were not ready because some of the componts were defective. Our technician observed that in fact they had attempted to use incompatible components (DRAM) and would have to acquire compatible components for the systems to operate at all. We were assured that the systems would be available for pickup on the following morning (27 January) at 7AM. They were not. On 27 January at 7AM I was at the store and was notified by Zoheb Gilani that the componets were still defective. They needed to acquire replacements components (again?) and the system would be available at 11AM. I notified Zoheb Gilani that the machines must be fixed, working and ready to pickup by Noon or we would be cancelling the order. On 27 January at approximately 11:30AM I received a call from Zoheb Gilani notifying me that the machines were still not working. A problem had arisen some time before (possibly Friday or Saturday) and a number of hours had been spent (even as recently as the moning hours before my arrival) attempting to correct the issue. Zoheb Gilani claimed to be enroute to some technical resource that he claimed would be most likely to resolve the issue.
As this notification of a new problem was in direct contradiction to my conversation with the vendor at 7AM the same day, I notified him that we were cancelling our order.
As an aside, we obtained one system meeting our specifications that afternoon and another the following day from a different vendor. I wish we'd had the VISION to look elsewhere before.

I purchased a HP DV6205 laptop from Wal-Mart and was very disappointed with the operating system installed on the unit. I had Windows Vista with 512mb of ram, which made it very hard for Vista to run smoothly. My PC took forever to load up and shut down, some applications would freeze up due to the high graphics used in Vista. So i called PCEMT247 which i found by just going to google, just so happens the president of the company answered my call and was very friendly and explained to me that if I added more RAM and downgraded to Windows XPPRO my system would work extremely faster. Indeed I sent my Laptop in for service and they added 2GB RAM and installed Windows XPPro, I received my laptop in 5 Business days, a few driver issues had to be worked out so they remotely logged into my pc and fixed it in 23 minutes, Which amazed me because the technology they use is so unique. Once fixed my laptop works so fast and I can do multiple applications without any lag or freezing. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND PCEMT247 TO ANYONE WHO NEEDS PC REPAIR, UPGRADES, NETWORKING, REMOTE SERVICE, ETC....
