I had Sinus surgery with them last year and I have nothing but good things to say about the medical staff and my procedure, from the front desk to nurses to doctors to anesthesiologists. The billing department/Accounts receivable is another matter. I have been actively trying to satisfy my account with them for almost a year and the "right hand" of billing blames the "left hand" and vice versa leaving you holding the bag. They tell me something about the balance which conflicts with the previous conversation, tell me the current balance once satisfied will conclude the account, and then another month later I get invoices stating something else. When pressed they do not acknowledge their previous communications. Press a little harder and it is revealed that the person with whom I spoke previously was no longer with the company, must have "added wrong" but still my obligation to account for their error. Even now I'm not sure this is over after making yet another payment after what was supposed to be the conclusion of charges twice previous. Get everything in writing, hand signed and dated. Make sure whatever you receive shows updated net balance totals; not just records of payment. Keep a log and document file of every communication. Record conversations if you can because they say they don't. Its unfortunate this medical staff is connected with such a billing department.
