Rob is my salesman. After spending 2 years searching for new drums, he is the only guy that took me seriously. He followed up. In sales, that is important.
I shopped all over the southeast. Walk into stores and tell the CLERKS, "I want to order a new set of drums". Most attitudes, "that's nice", walk away to stock shelves or talk on the phone.
Customer service is important. Don't care what the business is. Ken Stanton has it. Plus, local company.

These guys are great! There is a friendly knowledgable staff and a great selection of hundreds of guitars from every significant maker (OK they have ukuleles, keyboards, drums, and other instruments too). Everyone is friendly and willing to let you get your hands on the gear and answer questions. The only problem; there are so many great items I always find something I can't leave without.
