Breast Care Specialist

Sitting in the waiting room overhearing grumbling about the arrogant, rude Kathryn at the front desk - everyone's appointments were incorrect - hoping mine wasn't one of them. Signed in, paid copay, was asked to come back, change, sat for 30 minutes waiting - she then comes over to me and says my appointment is at 12:30 not 11:30 ... I calmly explain that she is incorrect and she continues to rudely insist that I am wrong. I get dressed and decide then not to return as I have had a bad experience before with Dr Steinhaus who wants to remove everyone's breasts who has any history of cancer in their family ...

This place is hideously run and has the most snarky, ugly front desk assistants. Do yourself a favor and go to Northside right down the street. They are very professional and actually confirm appointments!
