Bob Knows Phones

George from Bob Knows Phones replaced my iPad Mini 2 cracked glass screen very efficiently the other day and I'm sure if he had a better screen to replace it with it would work a lot better. I guess my expectations were just a little high. The main button is extremely hard to push now. The screen lock function while using a case only works now when the ipad is hot. The sun gives it a terrible glare during the day. I called George back to see If that came under the warranty but it doesn't because "when you don't go with Apple, you lose some functionality." the only thing that Bob Knows Phones has is time efficiency and price. Service and results were terrible.
