Don't go here to get your car wash! You will not be happy with the speedy/lack of attention job. They chip paint, do a rush job and don't care about the customer at all. I took my car here and it was fine going in and after if comes out of the wash, two employees go in and clean/wipe you car down. They got done and rolled the car to me and I sat in it and I realized that they BROKE my passenger side mirror. That day they did not refund me my money, they did not even want to assist me to fix it, and furthermore the lacked in compassion to my situation. They could care less and they just wanted me off the parking lot. I'm sorry so three of your employees saw my car's broken passenger mirror and no one wants to let me know. ARE YOU SERIOUS? employees are not going to let you know that hey this is broken, not even get the manager involve?

Don't go here, you will feel disrespected, insulated and they will blame you that its your fault for what happen to the car in THEIR car wash facility. I noticed while I was waiting people we not satisfied with their car, getting it cleaned again or physically standing there and pointing out the spot they missed.

The owner should be ashamed at his company and how his employees are running it.

Took my truck for a basic clean. Got it back and the roof and back window had not been touched. The back window even had bird droppings on it which was plainly visible. The waiting area is nice, and the wait is not too long, but why pay for personal attention when you don't get it. I came back the next day with my car, the auto clean was broken, so I paid $10 more for a hand car wash. Ok, this is going to be good: NOT!~!~ Again, parts of the roof had not been cleaned. You could clearly see where someone had attempted to clean it, but could not reach all the way. For a hand wash, I was severely disappointed, and will not be returning in the future.



Stay Far Away

Worst car wash experience I have ever had. I took my car to be detailed and 2 hours later they returned it with the vinyl covering for my gear shift literally cut it half. Bizarre? Yes. No idea why they did it but I definitely did not bring it in that way. To add to the situation, the manager was extremely rude to me. After 2 months of the manager saying he was getting close to having approval for replacing it for us, he decided to finally just say they had not had something like that happen before so they were not going to be responsible for it. Oh, but they did decide to offer us a gift card to the car wash. Right. Thanks. It was only AFTER I had this experience that I began researching the company and found that many other people have had similar issues with damage to the car and a rude manager. Save yourself the hassle and go somewhere else.

Below Marginal Car Wash-Poor Customer Service

I visited this car wash last week. I paid $40 dollars for a $10 car wash service. The rug was not completely vacuumed and my leather seats were wiped down with my own leather cleaner. I thought that with the location of the car wash and the type of cars that I have seen there (BMW's, Mercedes, Cadillacs, etc) that they would have a better quality. I called back to the shop and left several messages for the manager to return my call because something was missing out of my vehicle. I have yet to receive a return call. Is this what customer service is all about? I will tell anybody and everybody who works or lives in that area of Alpharetta, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IF YOU WANT QUALITY WORK AND GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!
