Whatever you do, if you go with this mortgage company and are assigned to KIMBERLY NEHILEY (aka KIM NEHILEY AKINS), run AWAY quick, fast and in a hurry. Kimberly Nehiley is one of the most underhanded, passive aggressive, unprofessional people I ever did business with. She's unwilling to meet at length about questions/concerns, a smart aleck, and overall a pain to work with. Not recommended.
